RUST-OLEUM® HARD HAT Aerosol 2990 Stainblocker is a matt white high-pigmented coating based on a plasticized acrylic resin for the permanent isolation of problem stains from nicotine, soot, tar and rust and the effects of moisture, graffiti and a numerous other colourings.
