Something a little different: a building on the roof of an office block.
This building needed urgent attention regardinng their roofing maintenance. Avenue Group Ltd visited and offered Rust-Oleum ND14 Cleaner Degreaser to remove all oils, grease and other soluble surface contaminants to clear the mould and clean and degrease the surface. This allows for immediate sealing and repair even in the current freezing temperatures. In fact it can be applied in all conditions wet or dry with the exception of snow! Any areas which have been noted to exhibit vegetative contamination/algae were also treated with Rust-oleum Black Friars Anti Mould before a coat of FillCoat fibres.
